Kal-el sironil@hotmail.com![]() Location: Hamtramck | Friday, 03 Sep 2004 01:24pm EDT One of the truely great voices I've heard in awhile. I hope your career in singing takes off. I suggest you record ALL of your songs wheather you think they're good or not. Trust me I've done it and it pays off, you've heard some of my works. Good Fortunes to you. |
Ed Location: Washington, D.C.![]() | Saturday, 14 Aug 2004 08:17am EDT Distance and time add perspective, and what I hear in Kent Koller's sophisticated compositions now seems to be light years ahead of the soul-searching young lad from Michigan I once had the pleasure of accompanying during a nervous piano recital. With what appears to be a personal compass of integrity guiding him, Kent has matured into a thoughtful lyricist and subtle technician, who strives to marry his flourishing technique with a sense of dynamic to create these delectable morsels, these visceral vignettes, seemingly written for each private listener. |
Doug Bowen bowenarrow88@hotmail.com![]() | Sunday, 08 Aug 2004 01:39am EDT Kent has to be one of the only local musicians I have heard that I really believe has the talent and drive to be huge on a national level. Keep it up with the same intensity and you'll go far. |
Beth Stalker beth@bethstalker.com![]() | Saturday, 24 Jul 2004 07:59am EDT Kent is awesome! I remember the first time I heard him play. I was at this "open mic" and Kent made his way to the front. I didn't know what what to expect. When he started to play I was completely taken back by his complicated guitar riffs, beautiful melodies and amazing range! He writes, sings, and plays with a sophistication far beyond his years. If you haven't seen him live, I highly suggest you do!! |
